My stay at the hotel was perfect for a contractor like me, trying to keep expenses down but needing a place to get admin work done after a long day in the field. The room wasn't particularly clean upon arrival almost an hour after the check-in time, and it smelled like an ashtray despite being a non-smoking room.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good value offering two queen beds, a desk, tables, and a chair with a footrest, but they weren't particularly clean. The service was very nice and accommodating, especially considering our efforts to keep expenses down while in Rome, Ga. The location was okay, not too far from downtown and stores, yet the place seemed a bit run down which made me a bit uncomfortable. The dining options were lacking as they didn't replace the coffee for the coffee maker, and I had to go to the front desk for coffee. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
